Refund & Exchange Policy

At YappyCart, we are committed to satisfying and delighting our customers by delivering quality products at great value. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and exchange policy below.


1. Return & Exchange Requests

  • To request a return or exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via:

  • After 3 days, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged or defective product

To be eligible:

  • You must share a pre-opening video that clearly shows the unboxing.

  • The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Claims without a pre-opening video will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Only exchanges or store credit of equal value (excluding shipping and COD charges) will be provided for approved cases.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products without original packaging and tags.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount.

  • Used, altered, or washed products.


5. Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Customers must ship the product to our warehouse. We do not offer reverse pickup.

Exchange Shipping Fee: ₹150 (paid by the customer)


6. Exchange Process

  • Once your return reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check (QC).

  • If approved, we will:

    • Ship your replacement product, or

    • Issue store credit for the product value (excluding shipping and COD charges)


7. Exchange Options

  • You can exchange your item for a product of equal or higher value.

    • If the replacement product costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.

    • If you choose a lower-value item, we’ll issue store credit for the remaining amount.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • For prepaid orders, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the product and processing status.


9. Disclaimer

  • Product images are for illustration only. Minor differences in color, fabric, or detailing may occur due to lighting during photography.

  • Accessories shown (e.g., jewelry, handbags, props) are not included unless mentioned in the product description.
